PHOTOS: Sunny Sunday draws plenty to White Rock Farmers Market

Vegetables, flowers, baked goods and so much more at outdoor market

Sunny weather drew plenty of patrons to the White Rock Farmers Market Sunday.

The market, which runs every Sunday until Oct. 12, featured shoppers browsing and choosing their favourite vegetables, berries, eggs, greens, flowers, baked goods and more, with live music providing a pleasant backdrop.

Vendors and patrons stayed cool in the heat with hydration and lots of shade, including City of White Rock's Robyn Barra and Darcy Dupont, who were on hand as part of the public consultation process for a new community hub for the city.

The first in a series of four surveys closes June 11; the second starts on June 16.
