• Rotten tomatoes to illegal suites that are not declared and forcing honest citizens of Surrey to pay higher taxes to make up for your dishonest practices. Our school system would be flourishing if city hall politicians and bylaws followed through, and investigated and taxed these illegal suites. Have a backbone.

• Roses to Surrey school staff for working through these times and your integrity.

• Rotten tomatoes to the Crescent Beach residents (including former mayor Doug McCallum) for their NIMBY attitude.  They'd rather see pedestrians walking on the street and children from Alexandra House put in danger, than to have a legally constructed sidewalk. Roses to the City of Surrey for indicating (red sticks) the encroachments of the owners' hedges, buildings onto public domain.

• Rotten tomatoes on your doorstep to the people who constantly dump mattresses garbage bags and broken TVs in their neighbourhood. This is where you live! Why would you turn your neighbourhood into a garbage dump. Call your landlord, it cost them nothing to ask the city to pickup large items, the city even provides free bags. Start by respecting where we all live.

• Invisible stinky tomatoes to Surrey's Development Approval Process Improvement Task Force for lack of transparency. To date, 36.36% of their meetings have been held in-camera.
