The Wilson’s Beach Estates has applied to the Director to cancel the following Approval under the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act (EPEA):
• The Wilson’s Beach Estates communal compost-toilets facility with Approval No. 339159-00-00
In accordance with EPEA and the regulations, the Director has cancelled EPEA Approval No. 339159-00-00 for the communal compost-toilets facility. Since the compost- toilets facility had never been constructed, no decommission and reclamation work was required for the compost-toilets facility.
