Police investigating fatal motorcycle collision in Surrey

SPOSU’s Surrey Major Crimes MVI Unit is leading the investigation into the crash, and at this time, the cause remains unknown, police say.

Police in Surrey are investigating a crash between a motorcycle and a vehicle that left one man dead Saturday (July 5). 

The RCMP Surrey Police Operations Support Unit (SPOSU) responded to a call around 8:45 a.m. of a collision between a motorcycle and a single vehicle at 132 Street and Crescent Road.

Despite life-saving efforts by first responders, the adult male motorcyclist died. 

SPOSU’s Surrey Major Crimes MVI Unit is leading the investigation into the crash, and at this time, the cause remains unknown, police say.

Police have closed the roads and are asking motorist to avoid the area for several hours while they conduct their investigation. 

Police are asking any witnesses to the collision or anyone with information, including CCTV or dashcam footage, to please call Surrey Police Service at 604-599-0502 and quote file 2025-38200 (SU).
