A semi hauling multiple vehicles caught fire just outside of Kamloops on Highway 5, Thursday morning.
The incident happened about 7:30 a.m. at the eastbound brake check.
According to the Facebook page Skilled Truckers Canada, it appears one vehicle on the lower deck was in flames which spread to the rest of the vehicles on the trailer.
The driver of the semi reportedly was able to exit the vehicle before the flames spread.
Highway traffic did not seem to be impacted as the incident was at a pull-out to the side of the road.
