Registration is now open for players wanting to score a spot in the Sicamous Eagles' 2025 Summer Showcase ID Camp and maybe the team.
The camp, which gives prospects the opportunity to try for a spot on the Eagles roster for the 2025/26 season, will take place from July 18 to 20 at Kal Tire Place (North Rink) in Vernon. Interested players can fill out a registration form online at sicamouseagles.com/prospect-camp.
In a media release, however, the team warns that "due to the overwhelming interest and high number of goaltender registrants," those will be treated as applications, with players notified of their status closer to the date. Goalies who have already registered will be contacted by team staff soon regarding next steps.
