Smile Cookies
The Ashcroft and District Lions Club is once again taking part in the Tim Hortons Smile Cookies campaign. From now through Sunday, May 4, volunteers from the Lions Club will be at the Timmies at the Ashcroft Travel Centre on Highway 1 at Cornwall Road selling the delicious treats, which cost $2 each (plus GST). The full amount from each cookie sold stays in the community, and this year the funds will be donated to the Ashcroft/Cache Creek minor soccer, hockey, and softball associations.
If you want to pre-order a box (or two or three) of cookies, please give 24 hours’ notice to ensure the cookies are available (and if you order six or more cookies at a time, you save the GST). To pre-order, you can email timhortons@ashcroftband.ca. You can purchase cookies for your office, a group or organization, a business, and of course for yourself, and feel free to challenge others to do the same and spread the smiles around!
