An art sale featuring work by students at the Chilliwack Cultural Centre is returning this spring.
Art from the Heart, a student art sale, runs May 2 to 4 and will feature a diverse selection of unique artwork for sale.
"The centre is continuing its tradition of showcasing the extraordinary pieces that the artists here are producing in the Art from the Heart sale," the Chilliwack Arts and Cultural Centre Society stated in a press release. "Not only will these fantastic pieces be on display, but they will also be up for sale to the public, creating an incredible exhibit and place to find stunning pieces to decorate your home."
Every item for sale is a one-of-a-kind piece, and people will be supporting local artists. Each item is handcrafted by students taking some of the many art classes at the Chilliwack Cultural Centre.
At this exhibit and sale, folks can find gifts, see original art, plus explore some of the art class opportunities available including painting, pottery, writing and photography.
The Art From the Heart is at the Chilliwack Cultural Centre on May 2 from 5p.m. to 8:30 p.m., May 3 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and May 4 from 12 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
