From the May 30, 1984 Observer: "There was keen competition in the 10 flights of the district three senior ladies golf championship held at the Salmon Arm golf
course last week.  Winners are [back left] Doris Collins of Salmon Arm, Hazel Olauson of Kelowna, Joan Arnold of Chase, Dot Robinson of Kamloops.
