Beautiful weather helped Lake Days bring out the crowds in 2025 to a host of community events.
Events on Monday, Wednesday and Friday saw Cowichan Lake Ambassador candidates put through their paces, culminating in a crowning on Saturday afternoon, where Lydia Court was named the new Ambassador for 2025.
Saturday also saw a parade through downtown Lake Cowichan, sponsored by Island Savings, the ever-popular pancake breakfast at the Lake Cowichan fire hall, and numerous family events in Saywell Park including a climbing wall, face painting, relays, food trucks a beer garden, a town barbecue and live music.
