Sometime in the 1940s a photo was taken showing the interior of Rose Lane Dress Shop on Argyle Street in Port Alberni. This was before the store moved to Third Avenue in 1968.
In the 1940s proprietors were Margaret Jamieson and Evelyn Graves. Helen Campbell and Thelma Harding worked in sales.
